
About Lisa Sherman
Nutritionist, Ultrarunner, Running Coach
I am a degree qualified nutritionist passionate about helping others to feel their best and firmly believe in the ability of food to heal, repair, nourish, energise and uplift us.
I am also an experienced ultrarunner, recreational run coach and race director, and understand the importance of using nutrition to enhance exercise performance, promote recovery from training as well as day to day living to feel one’s best.
I have completed many ultra running events including Coast to Kosci, Ultra Trail Australia, Ultra Trail Kosciusko, Hume & Hovell Ultra and 24 hour track events, to name just a few, all with a strong focus on nutrition throughout training and event day.
I’ve worked with many runners of all ages and abilities to develop personalised training plans to help them achieve their running goals, be it their first trail run, their first half marathon, marathon or ultra event.
I have been working in the healthcare industry for many years and understand how important it is to take a holistic approach to my client’s health and wellbeing, considering specific and individual needs together with physical activity levels, environment, lifestyle, stress, dietary factors, stage of life, health and fitness goals, to help you be the best version of you.
Prior to the healthcare industry, I have worked in many corporate organisations and have extensive organisational, customer service and people skills which I draw upon to provide my clients with an exceptional customer experience.
