I offer a range of services to help you feel stronger and more energised. I take a holistic approach that considers your individual and specific needs as ultimately, the right nutrition and coaching is the one that works for you. We are all individuals and have different needs.
Nutrition consultation
This is the first step in helping you feel at your best through food and lifestyle. An initial consultation is one hour and includes case history, specific needs discussion and individually tailored treatment plan and nutritional advice.
Depending on your individual needs, quality nutritional supplements (including practitioner only supplements), detailed dietary review and analysis with report (based on a seven-day dietary intake) are also available as appropriate. An initial consultation is required before any nutritional supplements are prescribed.
Meal
planning
Individual and tailored weekly meal planning including recipes and nutritional advice is available, specific to your dietary preferences or requirements including food allergies, intolerances, vegan, vegetarian or predominantly plant focused. An initial consultation is required before meal plans are developed.


Run coaching
Individualised training plans designed to help you achieve your running goals from events to personal best times. Depending on your specific needs, plans include regular check-ins, adjustments as needed and nutritional advice to help you perform and recover.
